These products are used to bind or to fix the colorants like pigments and dye solutions and other products to make the leather appealing and elegant and also to match the physical properties which the customer needs. We have all type of binders starting from soft, medium soft and hard films depending on the end use. The binders also give aniline, semi aniline and covered look without loading on grain. Fillers, Waxes & Grounds

These products are used to add value to the final leather like feel, touch and other properties wherever required by end user.

Fillers are used for good covering along with binders and colorants but still look natural. Very cost effective. We have both anionic and cationic fillers for different applications.

Waxes are used to make the finish film soft and desirable to touch for all kinds of leather. It is possible to achieve different types of feel like wet feel, dry feel and soapy feel. Sometimes waxes work as a feel modifier with unique feel as required by the customer. We have both anionic and cationic waxes for many applications.

Grounds are used to make uniform finish in base coat or in intermediate and cover the defects to some extent.

Finishing Auxiliaries

Feel Improvers as the name suggests are used to improve the final feel of leather as per the customer’s choice .The feel can be achieved by using different products with different combinations of the products to get the following feel like silky, waxy, warm, slippery, soapy and oily to touch.

Oils are helpful in different ways to make finish film soft, to use a feel modifiers and special oil pull up leathers, and other purpose where the finish required with different touch and feel. We have cationic and non ionic oils for the purpose.

 

Fixing Agents are used to fix the dyes and other colours to the finish on aniline and semi aniline type leathers mostly on protein finishes. They give maximum fastness and they are eco friendly products.

 

Penetrating Agents are used for to speed up the intake of finish solutions and accelerate the drying. We have both water miscible and solvent miscible types.

Lacqurs & Lacquer Emulsions

Lacquers & Lacquer Emusion are one of our core product lines for many decades in domestic and international markets. They are used to fix the finish permanently. They also improve the feel, shine and fastness properties. Mostly used in resin finish but depending on finisher’s choice we can incorporate any finish. Lacquers impart a good wet rub, dry rub, buttery feel, and shine. We have matt finish lacquers too. They are nitrocellulose based both in emulsion form in water and solvent base depending upon the requirement of the user. In this category we have non yellowing products i.e. Collodin free, coloured lacquers and double phase lacquers. These products can be used to get dull, medium shine and high gloss finish.

Dye Solutions are used to colour the crust as per the users exact shade requirement. For many decades we are the front runners in this category. We have brilliant colours with different concentration which can be used on any type of leather right from shoe upper to garment leather or suede to nubuck to get exact colour as per the choice of the customer. They give good colour fastness and migration properties. We have both anionic and cationic dye solutions. Syntans
These are basically synthetic tanning agents with different chemistry to enhance the quality of leather to make tight, round and sponge leather depending on the end use. They are classified as phenol, sulfone, vegetable, mineral based and special application syntans. Our products are tailor made products which will suit any type of leather right from glove leathers or garment leathers to belt leathers. We have syntans in liquid form and powder form. The liquid sytans are eco friendly as they are dust free and handling will be easy for those having pumping systems in drumming. FATLIQUORS
These products are used to lubricate the fibers to give desired softness to leather. They are classified as natural, synthetic, semi- synthetic fat liquors. Further they add more strength, feel and touch to the crust. Softness can be achieved based on a mix of different fat liquors to get desired results. We have all three types of fat liquors i.e. anionic, cationic and non ionic fat liquors.

Our products are eco friendly, conforming to all European standards and can be used on any type of leather right from garment leather to shoe upper leather and heavy leathers . Some fat liquors give good body and nice touch to the leather, while some maintain the natural feel of leather. One should choose according to the desired results.
